The year voting got weird.
Voting in 2020 was sure to be a bit different than normal thanks to a pandemic and a ton of new ways to vote. That's why we created Votey McVoterson, to help voters in swing states to understand their options for casting those ballots.
Throwback animation style
We created Votey in the adorable vintage look of 'Schoolhouse Rock!' to make voting even more delightful and brought him to life with the legendary animators at Psyop.
Votey’s state-specific adventures
Votey was born out of a real need to guide voters and untangle confusion as they cast ballots during the pandemic. Each video was meticulously crafted and tailored to state-specific rules and were narrated by celebrities like comedian Margaret Chow and talkshow host Andy Cohen.
